
People Analytics, Insights & Reporting Lead

- Develop and execute the people analytics strategy and roadmap.
- Design and deliver key reports and dashboards (including in Workday).
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across P&C systems.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling stories.
- Partner with our People Technology team to optimize HR tech for data capture.
- Educate and empower the P&C team to be more data-driven.
- Proven experience in a dedicated People Analytics role.
- Strong expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualisation tools.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, particularly Workday, and experience with data extraction and reporting from such platforms is advantageous.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data findings to diverse audiences.
- Experience in a fast-paced, complex environment.
