Operations SchedulerAre you highly organised and proactive, with a passion for problem-solving? Randstad is looking for a dedicated Operations Scheduler to join a well established technology solutions company in Nerang, QLD. This is a temporary position with full-time hours with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.About the RoleYou will be the central point of contact between our field technicians, clients, and internal departments. Your primary goal will be to ensure smooth daily operations, high-quality service delivery.
  • Location: Nerang QLD
  • Employment Type: Ongoing Temporary contract (possibility of future permanent opportunities)
  • Hours: 7.6 hours per day on a rotating roster, Monday to Friday.
  • Rate: $35.15 per hour + Super
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support and clear communication to subcontractors and technicians.
  • Manage and adjust technician schedules to address urgent, "on the day" job challenges.
  • Monitor job progress to prepare and distribute operational reports.
  • Respond promptly to client and technician inquiries via phone and email.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed job notes and ensure manual compliance.
  • Handle a variety of administrative and coordination duties, including inbound and outbound calls.
What We're Looking ForWe need a candidate who is a natural team player with a strong work ethic. Someone who consistently demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in a customer service or operations support role is highly preferred.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with various stakeholders.
