In this exciting role, you'll be the driving force behind a seamless passenger experience, ensuring every journey is safe, efficient, and memorable.   • Demonstrated understanding of and experience applying contemporary customer service principles.
  • Good knowledge of and relevant operational experience in a transport passenger network.
  • Relevant expertise developing and maintaining duty rosters in an operational environment.
  • Relevant experience managing performance of operational personnel.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and support others.
