This Pharmacy is proudly part of a network of community pharmacies and is in an exciting growth phase across Toowoomba and the Darling Downs. They are seeking a motivated, patient-focused pharmacist to join their multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality clinical and community-based care. You will play a key role in expanding and delivering clinical services, with direct patient interaction and collaboration across a diverse and experienced health team.
Key responsibilities include:Dispensing medications accurately and compliantlyDelivering Foundational Services, and Allied Health ServicesSupporting the Health Focus Calendar and HBF Alliance programsProviding immunisations, medication reviews, and health educationContributing to team training, service implementation, and business goalsParticipating in a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and professionalismAbout You:Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacistCompletion of (or willingness to undertake) service trainingPSA or Guild immunisation accreditation (preferred)Strong communication skills and clinical judgementCommitted to delivering person-centred care in a team-based environmentDetail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to grow professionallyAvailability for a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidaysMake a Real Impact:
