
Mortuary Supervisor

- Maintain and clean vehicles and property to required standards
- Participate in the on-call roster as scheduled
- Perform lawn and garden maintenance to upkeep facilities
- Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of funeral service
- Proven ability to manage individual locations or teams, including broader area oversight aligned with brand standards
- Be at ease with death, the expression of grief and handling deceased people.
- Show integrity by being honest, ethical and trustworthy.
- Broad operational management experience in in a service-driven organisation
- Ability to manage employees operating across multiple sites, structures and environment
- In a fit state of physical and psychological health to be able to handle the inherent requirements of the role.
- Ability to move between strategy and operational execution.
- Proven track record of driving and managing business process and cultural change
- Experience in developing and maintaining relationships.
- Current Driver's License
- Mortuary Technicians/Embalmers qualifications desirable
