- Completion of a PhD in a relevant discipline e.g psychology, ergonomics and human factors, public health.
- Evidence of experience in research and evaluation and the ability to work effectively under limited supervision or independently.
- A record of publications, conference papers and/or reports.
- A record of mentoring early career researchers and / or HDR supervision.
- Experience in the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, lead write up and all stages of research process.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team in a cooperative and collegial manner.
- Relevant research software expertise such as Stata, NVivo, EndNote etc.
