In this role, you'll take ownership of our comprehensive cybersecurity program - from strategic planning and policy development through to hands-on implementation and ongoing compliance management. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure our security initiatives align with organisational priorities and support our growth objectives.RequirementsWhat does a day in the life look like?
  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive cybersecurity strategy and policies across IT and operational technology environments
  • Conduct risk and threat landscape assessments to protect our fan data and critical business systems
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align security initiatives with business resilience and digital transformation programs
  • Manage cybersecurity frameworks, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards to ensure robust governance
  • Mentor and develop internal security teams while managing external cybersecurity service providers
  • Oversee information security education across the organisation
  • Provide strategic briefings and recommendations to senior leadership and board members
About YouEssential experience & skills
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior Information Security leadership role, preferably as a CISO in technology, entertainment, or critical infrastructure organisations
  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or equivalent accreditation
  • Strong executive presence with proven ability to influence at board and senior leadership level
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST), regulatory compliance, and risk management standards
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing cybersecurity initiatives across complex technology environments
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and team leadership capabilities
