Our platform connects job seekers with employers in real time, making staffing faster, smarter, and easier.We are on track to become the stand-alone market leader in the U.S. and are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our global tech team in a fully remote role aligned to U.S. time zones.The Role:As a DevOps Engineer, you'll play a critical role in managing and enhancing our production systems. You will work across the full technology stack with a strong focus on infrastructure, automation, security, and CI/CD pipelines. This role offers the opportunity to work on a high-impact U.S. product while collaborating with global engineering teams in real time.What You'll Do:
  • Maintain stable, secure, and high-performance production environments
  • Manage and optimise AWS cloud infrastructure for scalability and security
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GoCD preferred)
  • Automate infrastructure and deployments using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes
  • Implement and manage monitoring and alerting solutions including Icinga and ELK stack
  • Collaborate with global development teams to ensure smooth build, test, and deployment workflows
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of DevOps experience, ideally in fast-paced, agile environments
  • Strong AWS expertise, including networking and VPC configurations
  • Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker in production environments
  • Skilled in infrastructure automation with tools like Ansible, SaltStack, and Terraform
  • Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting
  • Familiarity with ELK stack, Kafka, Apache Spark, and MongoDB is a plus
