Working Tuesday to Saturday OR Sunday to Thursday, you'll play a key role in running daily operations, driving sales, coaching staff, and ensuring high standards across the store. This role is hands-on and perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take the next step in their retail career.Skills and Experience
Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in retail or hospitality
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead by example
Customer-focused with a passion for service excellence
Confident managing stock, compliance, and visual standards
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to drive results and meet targets
