Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join our Services_EAPA team in Australia .Your main tasks and responsibilities:

Oversee inspection, repair, and overhaul of HV/MV/LV electro-mechanical equipment including motors, and generators.
Lead and mentor department personnel, supporting recruitment, training, and performance management.
Collaborate with Service Center Management to achieve operational targets and ensure efficient job scheduling.
Maintain long-standing customer relationships and uphold quality and safety standards.
Participate in business development through meetings and workflow optimisation.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Trade Certificate III Electrical Fitter or equivalent.
Western Australia Electrician License (Preferred).
5+ years' experience in repair, rewind and overhaul of High/Medium/Low voltage electrical rotating equipment and machinery.
Strong communication and time management skills.
High-level problem-solving skills.
Ability to engage others and manage a team.
