We're seeking a proactive clinical leader with the expertise and authority to diagnose, treat, and support our residents across a broad range of acute and chronic health conditions.In this pivotal role, you'll do more than deliver high-quality care—you’ll drive innovation and continuous improvement. You will:Reduce avoidable hospital admissions through early intervention and comprehensive carePrescribe medications and provide specialist referrals as part of holistic, resident-focused treatment plansSupport wellness initiatives, including monitoring residents on wellness programs and following up in partnership with GPsLead clinical research by collecting, analysing, and interpreting wellbeing program dataContribute to policy development and shape best-practice care models within the aged care sectorWhat skills will you bring?We’re looking for an experienced, motivated practitioner ready to make a real impact.
