Job Description:The Company:A well-established and respected brand based in Mulgrave is seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented Chief Financial Officer to join on an interim basis. This is a unique opportunity to contribute strategic financial leadership within a dynamic and supportive environment.The Role:Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Interim CFO will play a critical role in driving financial performance and ensuring robust financial governance.Key responsibilities include:
Managing the budgeting and forecasting process, delivering strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Developing and refining financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and compliance
Overseeing insurance, procurement, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
Lead the month and year end process, providing insights and recommendations
Mentor and lead a team of three finance professionals, fostering a collaborative environment across departments to uphold financial controls and corporate compliance.
Your Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
CPA or CA qualification is essential.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance teams.
Strong financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting capabilities.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels.
Demonstrated experience working with auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.
