About the roleWe’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Insights & Initiatives Specialist to join our Enablement team. This role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of our Vulnerable Member Policy and driving initiatives that enhance the experience of members in vulnerable circumstances.Day to day, you'll:
Analyse member data and escalation outcomes to identify improvement opportunities.
Lead and support process and system changes aligned with Member Guardian focus areas.
Act as a subject matter expert on vulnerable member issues across ART projects.
Provide data and reporting to internal stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with senior leaders and business units.
Investigate and resolve complex member matters.
Stay abreast of industry developments and legislative changes.
