  • A strong track record in client acquisitions-you're confident identifying opportunities and converting them into lasting relationships.
  • Proven ability to build deep, trusted connections with HNW/UHNW clients.
  • Confidence in delivering a holistic banking and wealth proposition tailored to individual client needs.
  • A collaborative mindset, working seamlessly across teams to elevate client outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and risk, including AML/KYC obligations.
