The Pay, Rostering and People Assist Officer is primarily responsible for providing quality customer service to support the Sydney Children's Hospitals Network (the Network) rostering, pay administration and employee services functions.The position provides ongoing support and maintenance for HRIS, rostering and other workforce service related systems.The position will liaise with managers and SCHN employees to facilitate the processing of transactional service-related activities in a timely and professional manner.How to ApplyClick 'Apply Online' and submit your application including:A resume detailing relevant knowledge, skills and experience (maximum 5 pages) * Answers to the following targeted questions:
  • Please outline your experience working within a fast paced, high volume 24/7 payroll and rostering team.
Provide an example of a time when had to quickly learn and apply new complex systems, policies, procedures and industrial awards while ensuring attention to detail to ensure that they are implemented and followed appropriately.This role requires flexibility to work with the various departments and managers within the hospital to provide support and advice while also managing and prioritising your workload with exceptional customer service.
