- Drive efficient workforce planning and rostering to ensure optimal staffing levels across all East Coast distribution centre operations.
- Administer accurate and timely payroll processing through diligent timesheet management and ADP reconciliation, ensuring compliance.
- Facilitate seamless recruitment and onboarding processes, acting as a key liaison with staffing agencies and managing essential compliance checks.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate HR records across all platforms, ensuring data integrity and supporting timely reporting.
- Provide effective employee relations support, including the drafting of disciplinary documentation and resolution of HR cases.
- Contribute to employee learning and development initiatives by administering training modules and maintaining certification records.
- Proven experience in office management, HR administration, or workforce coordination (preferably in warehousing, logistics, or production).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS/rostering systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, Vsure, Linksafe).
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across multiple departments and seniority levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive problem-solving and adaptability to changing operational needs.
