• Work closely with Principal Lawyers to deliver high-quality, high-volume property and leasing services to major commercial and government clients
• Draft and manage lease documents (renewals, assignments, surrenders) and oversee residential and commercial sales, including mortgagee-in-possession transactions
• Advise on estates management, contaminated land, Crown leases, and related banking and finance matters

• Senior lawyer with 5 PQE, with strong experience across leasing and property transaction.
• Eager to mentor junior lawyers and paralegals while driving process improvements and ensuring quality delivery across the team
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels and build rapport with clients.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
