Additional Information:
This role is Permanent, Full-time, 76hrs/fortnight.
  • Applications close Sunday 7 September 2025.
  • This role requires availability to work 7am - 9:30pm. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
  • The recruitment process for this role requires a pre-employment check, including a National Police Check for final candidates.
Team vision ( title) About this work areaTeam vision (text) As a Fulfilment Operations Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the team in warehouse in planning and performing tasks such as forklift operations, picking, packing, unloading, loading and replenishment of goods and customer orders, always with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Supervising the daily warehouse operation, assigning tasks and breaks, and providing feedback on performance, all to contribute to a high-performing team.
  • Supporting excellence in operations and a high level of goods presentation,
  • Contributing to the implementation and achievement of the Fulfilment Operations goals in your work area.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe environment throughout your area of responsibility.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety requirements, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), always securing a safe environment for customers and co-workers.
  • Facilitating onboarding training and on the floor co-worker support to secure competence and the achievement of learning goals within the department.

  • Experience working in a warehouse environment, along with a current, valid forklift license will be highly regarded.
  • Strong attention to detail and an efficiency mindset. You thrive on processes and love to continuously improve.
  • Enthusiastic about teamwork and motivating people, with experience supporting the daily operations, coordinating breaks, and delegating tasks.
  • A strong advocate for a safe working environment, ensuring that hazards are identified and removed.
  • Strong communication skills and co-creating a great customer experience.
  • Energised by continuous learning and self-development with a renew & improve mindset.
  • Proficient computer skills and an ability to learn and support others with relevant systems, solutions, and tools.
