We deliver world-class performance and have operational bases in Brisbane, Rockhampton, Townsville, Cairns, Darwin, Perth and Adelaide.What's the role on offer?We are seeking a proactive Safety & Quality Administrator to join our Head Office team in Brisbane. In this role, you’ll support our Safety and Quality functions, helping drive continual improvement, compliance, and a strong risk management culture across Alliance Airlines. You’ll work closely with our Safety Team and business stakeholders to enhance systems, streamline assurance activities, and strengthen safety engagement across the business.Provide hands-on support with SMS, FRMS, WHS, CERP, and safety manual administration.Coordinate and participate in Safety & Quality audits, assurance activities, and investigations.Manage safety reporting, findings, and actions within the electronic Safety Management System (eSMS).Develop and maintain audit checklists, reports, and compliance tools aligned with CASA and IOSA requirements.Analyse safety and fatigue data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement.Promote a proactive safety culture by engaging staff, supporting risk assessments, and driving compliance across the business.Who We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven professional who is passionate about safety and quality in aviation. You’ll bring a mix of technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence and support positive change across the business. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy solving problems with a proactive mindset, this role is for you.Aviation Lead Auditor qualification (essential), with safety, WHS, or environmental accreditations highly regardedExperience in aviation safety management, audit, WHS, environmental compliance, or fatigue risk managementStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and consultative skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholdersProficient in MS Office and confident in developing reports, documentation, and compliance toolsA collaborative team player who can also work independently, driving continuous improvement and safety outcomesWhat’s in it for me?
