Bachelor of Nursing Degree or equivalent and current AHPRA registration
Recent experience in General Medical and/or Surgical Nursing
Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships within a multidisciplinary team, patients and other stakeholders
Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement

Desirable:

Post-registration qualifications relevant to the area of nursing practice
Qualifications people management and/or leadership
