As a Supervisor you be supporting the store manager and will excel in providing our high end clientele with exceptional sales support and service and truly make a difference as you bring the brand to life in your store.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesWork to achieve daily sales targets and support the sales and profit performance of your storeDevelop strong commercial relationships with clients, and grow your personal VIP databaseMaintain the highest standards in customer service and maintain a consultative, professional manner at all timesEnsure the store is well-prepped with adequate stock on the shop floor as well as in BOHAssist clients with range of post sale services such as alterations, in addition to written/telephonic correspondence regarding specific requests, new deliveries, service/merchandise satisfactionExperience, Skills & KnowledgeSkills and ExperiencePrior exposure to sales, service and performance, preferably within a luxury retail environmentPrevious Supervisor/ Team Leader/ Management experiencePrevious stock management and operations experience is preferredExcellent team player who enjoys working within a team and achieving joint successAbility to work well under pressureMust be detail oriented and organizedWell-groomed individual with a good understanding of trends, fashion and competitorsIs confident and comfortable to make autonomous decisions, when required
