A positive attitude and genuine care for guest experience
An ability to multitask and work under pressure
Deliver consistently high standards of service and personalised care ensuring every guest feels relaxed, rejuvenated and valued
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skilled in various massage techniques
Experienced in performing a variety of facials tailored to different skin types

Additional InformationTo be successful, you'll:

Have a diploma or certificate 4 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent
Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekends and evenings
Experience in a luxury spa or beauty environment (highly regarded)
