We're seeking dedicated Home Helpers to join Country Health Connect (CHC), delivering aged care, disability, and support services under a Consumer Directed Care model. In this rewarding role, you'll empower consumers to maintain greater choice and control over the services they receive, helping them remain independent in their own homes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support including meal preparation, general housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry duties.
  • Work collaboratively with consumers, families, and health professionals to achieve quality outcomes.
  • Deliver services that respect consumer choice and independence, in line with the Consumer Directed Care model.
  • Contribute to maintaining safe, hygienic, and supportive home environments for people who are aged, frail, or living with a disability.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Limited experience in the areas of housekeeping.
  • Flexibility, empathy, and the ability to work autonomously in the community.
  • Strong commitment to supporting independence and dignity for consumers.
  • Reliability and a conscientious approach to service delivery.
