Care Manager

• Manage and mentor Registered Nurses and other clinical staff
• Ensure residents receive the highest quality of care and service
• Provide expert advice and guidance on clinical matters
• Liaise with external stakeholders and health professionals
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

• Registered Nurse - AHPRA registration
• Experience in a similar role within a residential aged care facility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to lead & mentor a team of RNs and care staff
• Knowledge of accreditation processes, Aged Care Codes of Conduct, WHS, Infection Control, Complaint Management, SIRS Reporting, Restrictive Practices, and Aged Care Quality Standards
