- Manage and mentor Registered Nurses and other clinical staff
- Ensure residents receive the highest quality of care and service
- Provide expert advice and guidance on clinical matters
- Liaise with external stakeholders and health professionals
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Registered Nurse - AHPRA registration
- Experience in a similar role within a residential aged care facility
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to lead & mentor a team of RNs and care staff
- Knowledge of accreditation processes, Aged Care Codes of Conduct, WHS, Infection Control, Complaint Management, SIRS Reporting, Restrictive Practices, and Aged Care Quality Standards
