Based in our Brisbane CBD office, you will be responsible for all facets of the property management service delivery and the financial performance of a mixed industrial and commercial office portfolio.Key responsibilities in this role will include:

Manage the financial performance of the assets and provide recommendations to the clients
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including tenants and clients
Preparation of reports including financial, arrears, maintenance summaries, tenant issues/meetings, on a monthly and quarterly basis
Conduct rent reviews, lease renewals and negotiate new leasing deals
Management of lease compliance by all tenants and landlords

QualificationsTo excel in this position, you will ideally have:

Current Real Estate Licence/Certificate of Registration
Current Drivers Licence
Minimum 2 years' experience in the Commercial Property Industry and ideally in Property Management/Centre Management
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Property related degree (preferred but not essential)
