- Lead the design and development of all brand creative across social, digital, print, packaging and retail environments.
- Conceptualise and design effective and compelling creatives for paid and organic social, aligning with current campaigns and BAU.
- Conceptualise and design effective and compelling creative for email marketing and automated flows.
- Create and maintain assets for Shopify, including banners, landing pages, and webtiles.
- Develop assets across all touchpoints for campaign, sales, collection launches, events, lookbooks, etc.
- Guide and review all content produced across different teams within the company, ensuring all output is visually aligned.
- Own the brand guidelines and update as needed.
- Conduct trend research and competitor analysis to ensure ideation and concepts are fresh and relevant to brand storytelling.
- 3-5 years experience within a Graphic Designer role, ideally within the interiors industry, or an adjacent industry
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or related field
- Strong conceptual thinker
- Proven ability with creative across digital, packaging, social, print and eComm
- Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Experience working with Shopify and Email Marketing platforms
- Exceptional typography, layout, and colour skills with a refined eye for detail.
- A portfolio showcasing campaign development, branding, and cross-platform executions.
- Basic copywriting skills and ability to write or adapt on-brand messaging across formats.
- Photography skills highly regarded.
- Basic video editing, photo editing, and motion graphics skills are a bonus.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and front-end web design preferred
