To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor level qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • At least ten (10) years of relevant experience in strategic asset management.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in leading and managing teams in a specialist area.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience in managing asset registers, business process modelling, data management, data modelling and databases within the Strategic Asset Management and Asset Management modules of the Technology One/One Council platform.
  • Experience in CAD and GIS packages such as AutoCAD, QGIS or similar software.
  • Hold a current unrestricted C class national drivers’ licence.
