It reflects our mission to propel health innovations forward with velocity and purpose, cutting through complexity to reach real world impact. is a hub and ecosystem for healthcare innovation aligned with cardiovascular, kidney and metabolic diseases, integrated with Clayton's Victorian Heart Hospital precinct.Velos is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator to deliver high-level coordination and program management support for its dynamic entrepreneurship program and related initiatives. Acting as a key liaison between the program, the university and a diverse range of stakeholders, this role plays a central part in ensuring the seamless delivery of activities and alignment with strategic priorities. The position builds strong relationships across stakeholder groups and actively contributes to advancing the objectives of the Velos program.The Senior Program Coordinator will manage complex program operations, including onboarding and licensing tenants, coordinating projects and events, engaging stakeholders and ensuring compliance and reporting. The role also involves developing processes that maintain high-quality service delivery and operational excellence. By providing analysis and insights, the position supports informed decision-making and enhances the experience of participants and tenants across all program activities.Success in this role will rely on postgraduate qualifications or extensive relevant experience, combined with proven skills in program management, administration and stakeholder engagement.
