- To co-ordinate the administrative team providing secretarial and administrative services to the Department of Allergy and Immunology.
- Assisting the Allergy and Immunology team in their clinical roles e.g. scheduling appointments, transcription typing of
- Healthroster data entry and roster creation through roster demand template/s for department staff members
- Assistance in recruitment processes
- Exercising initiative in the application of established day-to-day work practices and procedures in the Department such as prioritizing workload and ensuring tasks are met within a timely manner.
