The Company: A highly regarded modular builder within Melbourne, they are well known for their strong reputation for quality and customer service, due to an increase in projects they are seeking a Junior Foreman to manage manage a range of projects across Melbourne, projects are primarily residential but there is also an opportunity to work on some commercial jobs. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day carpentry tasks as well as assisting the Project Manager to run project sites, including overseeing the work of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to budget, and maintaining high quality standards. About the Role: As a Junior Foreman you will be responsible for;

General Carpentry works
Quality Control
Subcontractor Management
OHS Management
Client Management

To be successful you will need:

Trade qualified carpenter
Strong people management and customer liaison ability
Prior experience working on Residential or Commercial Projects
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to work well under tight deadlines
Forward thinking and driven
