
Group Financial Controller

- Oversee month-end close and reporting in line with group deadlines.
- Oversee cash flow forecasting and working capital optimisation.
- Manage the Finance related tasks within the statutory compliance calendar to ensure all lodgements and payments are undertaken on time, including but not limited to BAS, Payroll Tax, PAYG, FBT, Income Tax, workers comp, and insurances.
- Work with various financial and operational stakeholders within the business to drive continuous process and reporting improvement initiatives.
- Manage consolidated financial statements in compliance with Australian Accounting Standards and local regulations.
- Prepare and submit monthly Finance Board Pack with results, analysis, and commentary.
- Drive quarterly divisional forecasting and annual financial planning.
- Lead FP&A including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure legislative compliance.
- Lead finance projects including system upgrades and business transformations.
- Maintain robust internal controls and compliance policies.
- Monitor financial covenants and obligations to stakeholders.
- Coordinate annual audits and tax return preparation.
- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align financial strategy with business goals.
- Procurement & Inventory Management
- Oversee procurement activities ensuring budget alignment and value-for-money.
- Manage inventory and packaging processes, including stock control and supplier relationships.
- Maintain procurement policies and systems for compliance and efficiency.
- CPA/CA qualification and extensive experience in financial leadership.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with non-financial stakeholders

- Experience in ASX listed environments, procurement and inventory management and manufacturing are all highly desirable.
