You'll be leading projects on the client side and also providing strategic advisory across business continuity, crisis management, disaster recovery, and operational resilience. You'll be contributing to the organisation's resilience program.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver client engagements covering BCP, crisis management, IT DR, and operational resilienceAssess client maturity and develop tailored strategies, frameworks, and roadmapsFacilitate BIAs, risk assessments, and scenario-based testing workshopsDesign and implement resilience programs aligned to ISO 22301 and similar standardsAdvise senior stakeholders on strategy, compliance, and emerging threatsOversee project delivery, including timelines, documentation, and reportingContribute to internal resilience initiatives and thought leadershipMentor junior consultants and collaborate with other teams on integrated solutionsExperience & QualificationsIndustry or consulting background in business continuity, crisis management, or operational resilienceStrong knowledge of frameworks like ISO 22301 and AIIMSProven experience managing client relationships and complex projectsExcellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical skillsProfessional certifications preferredComfortable working in a fast-paced, global consulting environment
