I am searching for an enthusiastic and driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution and delivery of a 3 stage, multistorey residential development in South Brisbane. This role will suit someone with a proven track record in managing medium rise apartment projects, excellent leadership skills, and the ability lead and inspire teams, manage stakeholders, and drive successful outcomes.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a multistorey residential project valued over $100M.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout project lifecycles.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to maintain project integrity.
- Drive effective communication between all project participants.
- Experienced Project Manager in the construction sector
- Strong track record delivering projects end-to-end
- Ability to lead and inspire teams, manage stakeholders, and drive successful outcomes
- Commercially astute with excellent planning and delivery skills
- Based in, or willing to relocate to South Brisbane
