
Portfolio Management Officer

- Support the effective delivery of team activities and projects
- Create, review, process, and reconcile purchase orders and invoices
- Coordinate contracts, contract signing, and maintain the contract database/register
- Manage SharePoint and asset information document systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintain team management systems with consistent, up-to-date inputs
- Provide professional administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence, and report preparation
- Design and develop presentations, reports, and SharePoint content for internal and external audiences, including board presentations
- Coordinate workshops, training, and events (travel, accommodation, venue bookings, catering)
- Support property-related tasks including acquisitions, divestments, transactions, and maintaining land title records (including leases, covenants, deregistration of retirement villages)
- Assist the Executive Assistant of Property and Housing as required
- Actively promote safe work practices and contribute to an inclusive, respectful, and supportive workplace
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar administrative, coordination, or portfolio management role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with a systematic, thorough, and detail-focused approach
- Experience coordinating multiple tasks and managing stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external consultants
- High-level capability with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
- Proven ability to support teams across a variety of levels and disciplines, particularly in service delivery for disadvantaged people and communities
- Experience developing and managing SharePoint sites and creating professional presentations
- Skills in researching, selecting, and supporting the implementation of systems solutions
- Ability to navigate a complex organisation, build relationships, and influence outcomes without direct authority
