UGL is currently looking for an experienced Regional Commissioning Manager to become a key member of the team based in Perth.About the roleThe role of Regional Commissioning Manager is to ensure successful commissioning and handback in accordance with T&C standards and contractual requirements.

Review the design and identify areas of improvement to aid the T&C programme and/or ability to commission systems.
Develop a robust scope of works for each T&C Package.
Define T&C Strategy, planning and deliver Test and Commissioning activities.
Checking & verifying all resources have the correct competency required to deliver the tasks.
Auditing of testing documentation to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Monitoring of testing activities against the program and reporting progress.
Manage T&C compliance, quality assurance, processes & tools to ensure continuous improvement.
Provide leadership, direction, supervision and inspirational management to all team members.

About You

Degree in electrical engineering.
Experience in Mechanical and Electrical packages on large Utilities Infrastructure projects preferably with Substation experience.
Experience in managing a team, creating a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Australian Driver’s License.
Degree in a related Engineering discipline.
Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills.
