This role involves working across a diverse range of building services and infrastructure projects, including commercial developments, healthcare, education, and transportation.As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for the design, delivery, and management of electrical systems, while providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers. Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
Extensive experience in building services / MEP design within a consulting environment
Strong technical expertise in power distribution, lighting, building automation, and energy efficiency solutions
Proven ability to lead projects and multidisciplinary teams through design and delivery phases
Experience engaging with clients and stakeholders, with a track record of successful relationship management
Proficiency in relevant design and modelling software
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of electrical engineering solutions across large-scale projects
Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success
Act as the primary client interface, providing technical and project leadership
Review and oversee design packages to ensure compliance with standards and sustainability objectives
Mentor junior engineers, fostering professional development and technical growth
Contribute to business development activities and support in winning new projects
