Join Pinnacle People as a General Hand at the 2025 Royal Adelaide Show!Are you experienced with animals and enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? Pinnacle People is now recruiting General Hands to support the Livestock Pavilions at the iconic Royal Adelaide Show.What You’ll Be DoingAs a General Hand, you’ll work alongside a dedicated team to ensure the livestock areas run smoothly. Duties include:

Assisting with animal care and handling (including horses, cattle, sheep, and poultry)
Supporting set-up and maintenance of pens, fencing, signage, and distribution of feed/straw
Keeping livestock areas clean, safe, and presentable throughout the event
Engaging with visitors and answering general enquiries
Following instructions from Pavilion Supervisors and working as part of a team

About YouWe’re looking for candidates who have:

Previous experience working with animals/livestock
Basic knowledge of animal breeds and care
Experience with manual handling tasks
A friendly, helpful attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Good personal presentation suitable for a public-facing event
A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
