- Partnering with people leaders and teams at the Maryvale paper mill to assist with hiring for waged roles
- Coordinating and supporting new employee onboarding
- Working with leadership and the HR team to collate and write regular internal communications
- Administering and updating our SuccessFactors HRIS
- Supporting the implementation and ongoing compliance with site Enterprise Agreements
- A qualification in Human Resources and/or Business highly desirable (degree level preferred).
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar capacity within a Human Resources function
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and programs, with a good understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively as a team and collaborate with others
- The ability to navigate through complexity and ambiguity, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
