- Own and execute cross-functional growth plans across GTM and Special Projects, with clear accountability for commercial outcomes.
- Lead our BDM team (2 direct reports), setting the playbook for outbound strategy, qualification, and automation.
- Partner with stream leads to align on top-line goals and scale levers.
- Build from the bottom up - interrogate the data, pressure-test assumptions, and translate insights into clear forecasts and actions.
- Modernise our GTM infrastructure, introducing new tooling, automation and AI to level up conversion across sales and lifecycle.
- Drive experimentation across high-potential growth bets (new segments, pricing models, product-led loops or channel expansion).
- Step in as player-coach. This is a hands-on role with exec visibility, full ownership and space to stretch across projects that matter.
- 6+ years of experience combining consulting, banking, vc or agency, with 2+ years of operator experience in a start-up/scale-up.
- Proven success leading high-leverage work across growth strategy, sales ops, lifecycle, GTM, product or special projects
- Comfortable working from data to execution. You can write a query, build a model and then execute the strategy
- Strong communicator with high ownership. You’re able to influence stakeholders, manage complexity and work through ambiguity
- Builder mindset. You’re biased towards action, thrive in imperfect systems, and don't need a rulebook to deliver results
