We pride ourselves on assisting individuals, from a range of diverse cultural backgrounds, to live and participate in their community as they choose.About The RoleJoin our Individual Apartment Living team on a permanent full time or part-time basis, providing flexible, drop-in support across Kogarah, Rockdale, and Woolooware Bay.Help our clients live independently by assisting with personal care, manual handling, domestic care and providing access within their homes—all whilst respecting their privacy and choice.Every day is different. You will need to be confident, adaptable, and ready to respond to both planned and unplanned needs.Success in this role looks like:
  • At least 12 months experience in either disability support or aged care, ideally with clients who have high intensity support needs
  • Must have a strong capability and confidence in manual handling requirements
  • Ability to connect with and support our clients to live independently in their own home
  • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Having the ability to be quick thinking and manage competing demands
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other online programs
  • Willingness to be a team player, to support your colleagues and clients
  • Ability to work by yourself as well as in a team
About the shiftsSuccessful candidates will only be considered if they are flexible and have availability to work a range of days / times to suit our clients care needs. This includes being contracted to work 4 hour shifts on a regular basis.Benefits of working with us

Successful applicants will require a current NSW Drivers Licence. An offer will be subject to a police clearance, a pre-employment medical, a current First Aid Certificate, proof of full Australian work rights and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
