We're also growing every day, so it's an exciting time to join us.As a Coles Liquor Area Manager, you'll be accountable for running a top-performing region with 100+ team members across multiple stores, driving a fun, collaborative and customer focused culture.About you and your skills
- Ability to coach, lead and develop a large team (100+) with proven success in building high preforming teams and improving team effectiveness
- Demonstrated operational multi-site leadership experience in a fast-paced, ideally retail, environment
- Ability to implement business plans and meet commercial targets that result in sustained improvement
- Ability to lead the delivery of high store standards that maintains the highest levels of safety for team members and customers
- To create a supportive customer focused culture that rewards achievement and builds careers
