Registration: Full and unrestricted Pharmacist Registration with AHPRASelection Criteria: * Registered as a pharmacist authorised to practise by the Australian Healthcare Practitioner Agency (AHPRA).
  • Demonstrated experience and skills in clinical pharmacy with the ability to apply this knowledge to practical situations. Post registration hospital pharmacy experience or post graduate relevant qualification (or working towards) will be highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to effect practice change.
  • Demonstrated skills in information technology: using computer applications including dispensing, database management, developing and analysis of reports, accessing medicine information, spreadsheet, and word processing programs.
  • Demonstrate experience in contributing to quality assurance activities.
