Resourceful Recruitment is seeking an experienced Pavement Engineer to join a high-performing project team delivering some of Queensland’s most significant transport and civil infrastructure projects.This role provides the opportunity to work on a diverse pipeline, including road networks, bridges, and carpark upgrades, all within a highly regulated and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise in pavement design, construction, and maintenance across large-scale infrastructure projects.
Support project delivery from planning through to construction, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
Assist in managing utilities and associated infrastructure, including roads, water, and sewer network

About You:

Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in pavement engineering, ideally within transport or major civil infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of asphalt, concrete, and subgrade design and construction.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
