- Industry Qualifications or equivalent experience with a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Experience managing a multi-skilled, dedicated and customer service focused workforce
- Good understanding of compliance requirements of buildings
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders across a matrix organisation
- Proven ability to consult effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Ability to provide consistent service delivery and customer service in an environment requiring a flexible approach
- Energetic and passionate personality with a desire to lead by example
- Excellent commercial skills with sound understanding of Financial/Budget knowledge and processes
- High level operational management skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel intrastate on a regular basis, with interstate travel required from time to time
