- Greet guests on arrival with a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Respond to guest enquiries in person, by phone, and via email.
- Assist with bookings, room allocations, and special requests.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and ensure follow-up where required.
- Provide local knowledge and recommendations for dining, attractions, and experiences.
- Maintain accurate records and process payments using property systems.
Monday – Friday: $26.70
Saturday: $33.38
Sunday: $40.05Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front office, guest service, or receptionist role (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations and payments.
- A polished, professional appearance and demeanour.
- Availability to work across a rotating roster including weekends, early mornings, and evenings.
- Knowledge of hotel systems (e.g., Opera, RMS) is advantageous but not essential.
