Our overarching objective is to drive company revenue growth through our client's success.How You’ll Find Success
  • Obsess over your AEs’ success and development. This is done through adhering to the Manager Operating Rhythm (e.g., recurring and predictable career planning sessions, coaching sessions, pipeline reviews and deep dives, etc.).
  • Champion your Account Executives' development through structured coaching and regular feedback, adhering to a positive reinforcement approach (5:1 ratio of praise to constructive feedback).
  • Get personally involved in your team’s largest sales opportunities (e.g., going onsite with customers, deal negotiation calls, etc.)
  • Act with both an urgency and ownership mindset by identifying and solving problems.
  • Build and leverage cross-functional relationships to foster a collaborative environment that enhances customer success and revenue growth.
How You’ll Grow
  • Lead people across multiple APJ geographies and timezones
  • Learn more about a variety of cultures, businesses, and governments
  • Be influential in developing our new Data Business in the region. This includes capturing customer feedback, sharing ideas for product features & functionality, and more.
  • Get personality developed by your direct sales leader and other senior leaders at Qualtrics leading to advancement opportunities
Things You'll Do
  • Coach direct reports in sales strategy & best practices, pipeline management, opportunity management, and career planning/development.
  • Drive sales forecasting and manage a dynamic sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Qualtrics teams to amplify the Research Services Sales presence in APJ
  • Contribute to Global RS initiatives, including monthly strategic and quarterly business reviews.
  • Be client-facing (via Zoom or in person) on crucial relationships and opportunities
What We're Looking For On Your Resume
  • A consistent and long record of surpassing sales targets
  • Evidence of nurturing sales talent, with specifics on promotions and development outcomes.
  • History of identifying and solving business challenges with measurable results.
  • Proven track record of growing sales teams (in terms of size of team and size of quota)
  • Experience in Southeast Asia as well as Australia
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
  • At least 5 years of sales management experience of highly successful teams
  • Experience in Market Research sales and/or B2B sales with a complex product/solution and sales process
  • Ability to travel
  • Experience using Salesforce.com and measuring system compliance
  • Experience working on complex & creative contract negotiations
  • Experience using MEDDICCC sales processes preferred
  • Experience selling to a Marketer end buyer preferred
