The Maintenance Administrator will provide ConnectSydney’s Network Delivery team with administrative support.Nature of position: Permanent, Full TimeLocation: Rockdale, NSWReporting Line: Maintenance Improvement ManagerKey Responsibilities

Raising Purchase Orders.
Collating data for end-of-month purposes
Cost reporting and other ad-hoc finance tasks.
Assist with the preparation of Head Contract and Subcontract claims/variations, forecasting and accruals.
Maintain data records for project communication and maintenance work.
Support the functionality of the wider Maintenance team.
Manage all data entry and record keeping relevant to the team function.
Managing day to store person duties.
Stock control
Any adhoc activities that will support the wider business

About You

Current Drivers Licence
Desirable – exposure to the building/construction/engineering sectors.
Desirable – previous administrative experience.
Highly organised and methodical.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proven ability to engage with a diverse range of people.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to juggle competing priorities.
