Excellent opportunity for a Senior Test Analyst to join an established team working on a digital transformation program.

Test Specialist | CRM Tester | Large Transformation Program
Based in Brisbane city fringe | 3 days in office, 2 days WFH - No Remote
$100-115/hour | Contract until 31/12/24 + potential extension

As the Test Specialist you will play a pivotal role in performing testing activities, ensuring quality assurance and acceptance is achieved through comprehensive testing lifecycles relevant to each platform release.To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven ability to manage to completion the development of functional and non-functional test scripts that validate the specific features and end-to-end workflows being introduced.
Previous experience performing testing activities including functional, system integration, data migration and UAT testing
Excellent attention to detail and strong comprehension sills with an ability to communicate progress, outcomes and blocks effectively
Ability to work with on-shore and off-shore functional and automation testers to ensure the defined testing is fully and completely executed

This position reports to the Test Manager for supervision and workload management; however, is expected to work with Delivery Managers to execute testing.Key responsibilities include:

Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers and Subject Matter Experts to define and document comprehensive test scripts (positive and negative) necessary to quality assure the features, workflows, integrations and data migrations being introduced
Execute functional, non-functional, system integration, data migration, UAT and production verification testing for defined releases.
Effectively engage with diverse stakeholder groups across all levels, leveraging best-practice techniques and methodologies to achieve desired testing objectives and quality product outcomes
Contribute to the development of Test Plans and Test Summary Reports
Capture, classify and prioritise the outcomes of the executed testing scenarios and test scripts using Zephyr.
Demonstrable ability to adapt quickly, work under pressure in accordance with delivery requirements and timelines

Selection Criteria * Education, training, relevant experience equivalent to a postgraduate qualification and professional certifications in test management, together with a successful track-record in testing products to a high quality.

Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills that cultivate and maintain productive, collaborative, and outcome-focused working relationships.
Demonstrated experience as a Tester, executing positive and negative functional, system integration, data migration, user acceptance and production verification testing.
Extensive skill in defining test scripts to ensure a considered and effective testing approach that validates features, workflows, integrations and data migrations.
