Ensure development and performance monitoring across the portfolio
Design innovative strategies to enhance the quality of care, drive enrolment, manage portfolio budgets and financial performance
Promote collaborative relationships within the portfolio and with support teams, focusing on safety and adherence to all regulatory requirements
Support OSHC Coordinators during critical incidents and identify future training needs

QualificationsWho are we looking for

Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent) is essential; a Bachelor’s Degree is highly desirable
Proven Area Manager/ senior leadership experience in the School Aged Care sector, with demonstrated results in quality, financial, and people outcomes
Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence, with a proactive “can do” attitude and willingness to engage in all aspects of work
