You’ll administer recognition and engagement programs, provide support for job architecture and evaluation, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen fairness, motivation, and retention across Anglicare.Your OpportunityPlay a key role in shaping a workplace where people feel valued, recognised, and engaged. You’ll oversee recognition programs, support engagement surveys, track action plans, and provide vital assistance with job architecture and evaluation frameworks.With integrity and resilience, you will:Lead and manage both monetary and non-monetary recognition and engagement programs.Coordinate organisation-wide engagement surveys, partnering with HR and leaders to drive meaningful action.Provide administrative and advisory support for job architecture and evaluation, ensuring fairness and clarity.Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and training sessions to build capability and strengthen culture.Assess organisational needs and recommend solutions to improve processes, structures, and culture.Design and track metrics to evaluate OD initiatives and report outcomes.Prepare and present clear reports and insights for senior stakeholders.What You’ll Bring:Proven experience in designing and implementing organisational development initiatives within complex environments.Experience using OD modules in Tier 1 HRIS (Workday experience desirable)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated experience in HR and/or Organisational Development.Tertiary qualification/s in HR or other relevant discipline and/or relevant experience.Why Anglicare?We provide meaningful opportunities and choice, both for the individuals and communities we support and the dedicated people here who make it happen.At Anglicare, you’ll get the security, stability and opportunities that come with a strong, well-established organisation that’s ready for the future.
